Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Items ordered from stock:

If the item you ordered was from our held stock, you can cancel your order up to 2 days before its scheduled delivery for a full refund. If you cancel within 2 days of its scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to charge £49 to cover the cost of a failed delivery.

Made to order, special order or non-stocked items:

If the item you ordered is not from our held stock, we will have commissioned a supplier to make it especially for you, and it therefore falls outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In these circumstances we will do our absolute best to cancel with the supplier, however if the item has already gone into production, you will be required to forfeit 35% of the order value to cover costs borne by the company.

Can I return my order after delivery?

Items ordered from stock:

If your item falls within the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original delivery charge. A reasonable collection fee will apply if you require us to collect the goods (see matrix below).

Made to order, special order or non-stocked items:

As these items are commissioned specifically for you, they fall outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Cancellations will be charged at 35% of the total order value. A reasonable collection fee may also apply at our discretion (see matrix below).

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items unless they are unopened and sealed in their original packaging, or confirmed faulty: mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets and pillows.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

Made to order items are those not held in stock which have been customised specifically for you — for example, a chosen fabric or leather, wood finish, specific feet, or bespoke dimensions.

£95 Over 1 cubic metre Sofas, dining tables, armchairs, dining chairs (more than 1), cabinets, beds, dressing tables, filing cabinets, storage chests, bookcases.

Faulty Goods

To begin a return, please email info@ldri.uk with the following information:

  • Delivery address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
